3:30pm-1:30am What You'll Do Perform hands-on production and mechanical assembly of high-quality components Complete detailed hand weaving tasks with accuracy and consistency Follow clear work instructions to ensure precision and quality standards Collaborate in small teams (2-3 people) within a larger, friendly production group Assist with packaging and general production tasks as needed Keep your workspace clean and organized in a modern manufacturing environment What Makes You a Great Fit You enjoy repetitive, detail-focused work and take pride in doing it right You're comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift (8-10 hours) You have a positive attitude and work well in a team setting You're reliable, punctual, and ready to learn new skills Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus—but not required Bonus if you have experience with: Hand tools or mechanical assembly Cleanroom or precision manufacturing environments Aerospace, defense, or similar industries Why You'll Love This Job Fast track to permanent hire (as little as 6 months) 12 paid holidays, including a full week off at Christmas Quick hiring process with potential same-day offers Supportive team culture focused on training and growth Social, team-oriented environment with music and regular stretch breaks Work Environment Bright, clean, open production space Work alongside a team of up to 80 people in small, supportive groups Relaxed, team-oriented atmosphere Hands-on work using tools and precision assembly techniques Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
