- What You'll Do
- + Assemble and hand-weave aerospace and defense components + Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions + Use basic hand tools and production equipment + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met + Package and prepare products for shipment + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment + Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- What We're Looking For
- + Manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Reliable work ethic and positive attitude + Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for most of the shift + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Flexibility to work either 1st or 2nd shift as needed

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.00
- $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
