Full‑time We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our millwork team in Saco. In this role, you will operate multiple machines used to manufacture doors and doorstops. Responsibilities Operate several machines on site Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred) High school diploma/GED preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Able to read instructions, follow procedures, and work as part of a team Basic math skills; able to match and count numbers Ability to distinguish colors Key Competencies Strong safety focus Dependable and accountable Detail‑oriented Flexible and adaptable Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
