Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Production Assembler to perform light production and assembly work on wire cutters, pliers, and related hand tools. This role involves operating machinery, performing manual finishing tasks, assembling components, and ensuring all products meet quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, consistency, and being part of a production team. General Responsibilities Perform light production and assembly operations on wire cutters, pliers, and associated hand tools Follow verbal, written, and graphic instructions to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain productivity and safety standards throughout the shift Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate the Swisher and rotary grinding machines; use gauges to ensure blade quality Perform preset machining operations on Bridgeport millers, drill presses, and similar equipment Round, de-burr, and tip parts using bench grinders and belt sanders Use hand files to remove burrs and adjust blade assemblies for proper cutting action Rivet blade assemblies and other piece parts Correctly position and remove parts in punch press die areas Perform drilling and reaming operations using jigs Assemble grips and springs, clean, inspect, and package finished tools Make quality judgments using gauges and instructions Complete incidental tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing as needed
