Machine Operator - 3rd Shift 10pm - 6:30am, Mon - Fri

Have manufacturing experience? Even better! Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our rope manufacturing team on the third shift. This role is responsible for operating specialized production machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Schedule & Training Structure Week 1 (Onboarding): Monday

• Friday, 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM (First Shift). Week 2 onward: Monday
• Friday, 10:00 PM
• 6:30 AM (Third Shift). Compensation Competitive base hourly rate. 5% shift differential applied to all standard third-shift hours. Skills and qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment performing repetitive tasks
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Possess a desire to continuously learn new things
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

o Must be capable of heavy lifting

• Up to 50 lbs. o Strong physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination o Able to stand for extended periods of time. o Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (machinery, alarms, etc.) o Near Visual Acuity
