Location:
Winthrop, ME Schedule:
Full‑time We are seeking a dependable SMT Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Winthrop. In this role, you will operate multiple machines used to place and verify components on printed circuit boards. No prior SMT experience is required — we provide hands‑on training with an experienced mentor and job‑specific classroom instruction. Responsibilities Operate screen printers Operate pick‑and‑place component machines Operate AOI equipment Operate X‑ray, LSM, and UFP machines Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred) High school diploma/GED preferred Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Able to read instructions, follow procedures, and work as part of a team Basic math skills; able to match and count numbers Ability to distinguish colors Key Competencies Strong safety focus Dependable and accountable Detail‑oriented Flexible and adaptable Team‑oriented with a positive attitude
