Short & Sweet:

You'll be working in the cheese department adding imperfect cheese back into the production line via the mixer.

Schedule:

12 Hr. Shifts2, 2, 3 Schedule24/7/365 operation, inclusing weekends & holidays

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare start up and shut down GRD operationCalculate batch requirements based on inventoriesPerform can checks at Dry Mixer to determine if adjustments need to be madeAdjust pump speeds, temperatures, and weights/pressue throughout processUse computer to enter dataMust be 18 years of ageMist be able to communicate verbally and in writingMust be able to support 24/7/362 operation including weekends and holidaysAdditional duties

Minimum Requirements:

Able to read, write and perform intermediate mathematical calculationsDemonstrated ability to complete work assignments with higher degree of accuracyAble to lift 30 lbs to the waist and climb stairs hourly Leprino Foods celebrates and supports diversity.
