Job Description

PURPOSE ACME

Gridley Screw Machine Operator for small Mid-Michigan machining company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Must be able to operate multiple screw machines (2) with minimal supervision. Able to read blue prints. Basic math and reading skills. Able to read micrometers, calipers and other gages. Able to work second or third shift. Able to lift up to and load bar stock for continuous operation of machines. Adhering to quality standards. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.

STARTING PAY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
