Lead Gutter Installer

Gutter Guardians is seeking a high-performing Lead Gutter Technician to head our gutter installation division. Position Overview:

As a Lead Gutter Tech, you are the frontline expert. You will oversee the fabrication and installation of gutter systems while ensuring the crew maintains high safety standards and elite craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Lead the onsite fabrication and installation of seamless aluminum gutters. Install custom miters (box, strip, and hand-cut) and downspout transitions. Evaluate rooflines to determine optimal pitch, drainage flow, and fascia integrity. Manage and train 1-2 junior installers to ensure project speed and quality. Communicate directly with homeowners to explain the scope of work and ensure satisfaction. Maintain the gutter machine, truck inventory, and a clean, safe jobsite. Assist in job scheduling, material ordering and inventory management. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of hands-on gutter installation experience. Proven experience leading a crew and managing jobsite logistics. Expertise in operating and maintaining seamless gutter machines. Comfortable working at heights and proficient in OSHA ladder safety protocols. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot challenging situations. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (to operate the company rig). Own basic hand tools (snips, crimpers, cordless drills, etc.). Ability to lift 50 plus pounds. Preferred Experience Experience with specialty materials (Copper, Galvalume, or Half-Round systems). Strong background in fascia and soffit repair/replacement. Knowledge of underground drainage integration and leaf protection systems. Ability to perform quick onsite estimates or change orders when necessary.
