Assembler - Production Line Cadillac, MI Starting at $17.50/hour (All Shifts Available) Assembly Resource MFG is seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join our team in the Cadillac area! If you enjoy working with your hands, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you. Position Summary In this role, you will inspect and build parts by assembling components on a production line. You will play a key role in ensuring quality products and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Assemble parts using hand tools or machinery Follow work instructions and process sheets accurately Perform quality inspections to check for defects Meet production speed and output goals Pack and move finished products as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work procedures Dependable and punctual Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive starting wage of $17.50/hour All shifts available (flexible scheduling options) Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment Assembly and Production
