  • 3rd shift Mixing Operator and 1st shift Mixing Operator Cadillac Plant, Cadillac, MI, US 1
SKILLS PROFILE Qualifications and Experience:

Communication skills, literacy and numeracy skills, good understanding of field-related tasks, great deal with dexterity, rigor, adaptation abilities, sense of awareness about safety rules, teamwork skills. 2
  • MAIN
MISSIONS
The operator undertakes the manufacturing and/or packaging of parts in accordance with production quality and output requirements, while respecting the current operating instructions and the management's instructions. Delivery Process Responsible for the quality of parts by drawing upon self-inspection in particular, in accordance with the associated operating instructions; Maintain the appropriate production pace in order to ensure on-time delivery of required parts; Must report any defect or non conformity detected in raw materials, parts and production tool, in accordance with current procedures or operating instructions; Ensure product traceability; May be required to undertake certain tasks that are relevant to production (for instance, sorting operations, lines supply, inventory…) according to the management's instructions; Ensure personal and colleagues' safety; Maintain her/his workstation clean and tidy; May have to contribute in the induction of a new member at her/his workstation; Abide by the Group's procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of her/his duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
