Molding Press Operator•

Hutchinson Location:

Cadillac, MI Hutchinson is currently hiring Molding Press Operators for all shifts at our Cadillac, MI facility. This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company offering competitive pay and a team-oriented work environment. Pay Rate $21.25 per hour Available Shifts 1st

Shift:

6:45 AM•3:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

2:45 PM•11:00 PM 3rd

Shift:

10:45 PM•7:00 AM Job Responsibilities Operate molding press equipment in a safe and efficient manner Load and unload materials and components from molding machines Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Trim, assemble, and package molded parts as required Monitor equipment performance and report any issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team #nowhiring Machine Operator
