Position Summary:
Inspect, assemble, and package quality parts within established production standards.
Reports To:
Shift Supervisor What skills you will utilize: Ability to follow directions from and communicate with supervisors and coworkers in a professional manner. Attention to detail that will allow you to achieve the "Perfect Order" What your experience is like: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent attendance record. Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a teammate. What you'll do: Make sure all necessary supplies are at the machine prior to start up. Processes customer orders in accordance with bill of materials and item configuration to insure customer satisfaction. Operate an injection molding machine in either continuous or single cycle. Perform the following tasks within the machine's cycle time: Log in and start activity on Epicor. Retrieve parts from conveyer. Pull parts off the machine. Trim and/or cut as required. Spray mold as needed. Inspect parts for defects. Place correct band size on parts, tighten bolts on bands, and/or add the correct label on the parts. Build boxes and skids while assuring the correct quantity of parts are packed. Maintain proper housekeeping in your work station according to the CCI 6S plan. Practice safety in your work station and all facilities according to the guidelines of the CCI Handbook. Complete all other duties as assigned.
