The position of Utility is one that requires a person to pay attention to detail and have a high regard for system flow. The goal is to ensure overall production is flowing smoothly in and out of all departments.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities :

Hem Saw Operation o Job travelers will be placed in the basket. Material type, size and length should be specified. o Saw bar stock for Lathes & stage on their racks Fork Truck o Loading and Unloading trucks o Re-arranging product on the floor for Operators at the machines Raw Material o Sort / Organize incoming material o Paint According to Epic color chart § Replace empty cans / refill water o Put raw material stock away in rack Drill / Tap o Set up and Operator Drill & Tap Machines o Keep area clean and organized Oil / Coolant / Waste Barrels o Monitor Barrels.
