Job Description

About us The Varsity Barn is a family owned embroidery business in Flat Rock. We are looking for a Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, monitoring the production process, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Follow safety protocols and regulations. Operate embroidery machinery according to established guidelines and procedures. Maintain and troubleshoot machinery as needed. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Ensure that all materials are loaded properly into the machine.
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
