Job Description:
Summit Mfg. Corp. is seeking qualified team members for industrial assembly positions. The ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of hand tools, the ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure, and proven success in hands-on work. Manufacturing experience is valuable but not necessary, as on-the-job training is available. This role is fitting for someone with a strong drive for growth and the ability to work overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in industrial assembly work, including grinding and print reading. Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including forklifts. Follow instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Skills Needed:
Basic knowledge of hand tools. Ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure. Strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Good communication skills.
Knowledge Required:
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes. Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment. Ability to

Ability to perform physical labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials. Capability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Skill in following instructions and working as part of a team.
