09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Job description We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our manufacturing team for both first and third shift, working a four-day schedule. This role involves assembly of components and subassemblies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of interpreting technical drawings and production documents. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment. Duties Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Follow production documents and work instructions meticulously to ensure consistency and quality. Conduct mechanical assembly tasks including soldering, machining, and the use of specialized tools. Handle materials manually with proper ergonomic techniques to maintain safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve workflow processes.
First Shift Hours:
6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday $16.50 per hour
Second Shift Hours:
8:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sunday-Wednesday $17.00 per hour Overtime as needed
