You will start by learning the fundamentals of grinding and gradually progress into complex, high-precision work. While it can take up to two years to become fully proficient in our specialized processes, we are committed to training you every step of the way.

Skills:

Ability to remain on feet for extended periods with occasional bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, and carrying up to 50Lbs.

Qualifications:

You enjoy working with your hands and have a natural "mechanical sense." Comfortable with math???familiarity with micrometers or measuring tools is a significant plus! Prior exposure to a machining environment is great, but we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude. You have a High School Diploma or GED (or are currently working toward obtaining one). Our team works hard to meet goals, which includes weekend shifts to keep production moving.
