Job Description

Job Title:
Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated operators for the Cell and Module Assembly Departments. Positions are available for both day and night shifts, with a rotating schedule of 4:45 AM to 5 PM or 4:45 PM to 5 AM, working every other weekend. Additionally, there are first shift opportunities from 5:15 AM to 2 PM and second shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Operators will engage primarily in standard machine operating tasks, as well as packaging and moving parts and boxes around the plant. Responsibilities Operate machinery in the Cell and Module Assembly Departments. Conduct packaging and moving of parts and boxes within the plant. Maintain clean room standards, including wearing required PPE. Adhere to 5S3K principles for workplace organization and efficiency. Essential Skills At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Minimum of 9 months tenure at each previous job. Ability to work with PPE in a controlled environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must not have been unemployed for more than 30 days. Work Environment The work environment is within a large facility requiring significant walking between buildings and across plant areas. The department maintains a clean room setting, necessitating specific attire such as garbs and beard nets when applicable. The facility is meticulously clean, temperature controlled, and well-lit, emphasizing workplace organization through 5S3K principles. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
