Job Description
•IMMEDIATE OPENING
•Currently seeking Screw Machine Operators/Manufacturing Associates for a client in Jackson, MI. The ideal candidate MUST possess prior Screw Machine experience.
Responsibilities:
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed) Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Fix issues that might occur during the shift Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Maintain activity logs
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A HS
DIPLOMA or
GED MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND
CHECK- (NO
FELONIES
) Must have prior Screw Machine experience- (to be eligible for this position) Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea High attention to detail and self-motivation skills Able to work in a fast paced environment Proven Manufacturing experience required Dependable Attention to detail Reliable transportation
