We are currently hiring for production associates in our assembly and machining operations in our Ludington facility, which produces gear products for a wide variety of customers and industries. Candidates will start on our Monday through Thursday 4 day/10 hour evening shift and have the ability to move into alternate shift/roles based on skill and seniority.

Requirements include:

Mechanical aptitude Willingness to work any shift Hands-on mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment Strong work ethic Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively HS diploma or equivalent This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and/or Commerce (EAR).
