DeWys Metal Solutions REFAB a DeWys Metal Solutions company, is currently seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join their 2nd shift team.

Laser Operator Duties:

Set up, adjust, and operate laser Read customer blueprints and work instructions Troubleshoot issues to eliminate causes of rejected parts Perform periodic quality inspections throughout shift Maintain a clean and organized workspace Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous metal fabrication/laser experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Ability to perform mathematical calculations Willing to work overtime as necessary Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay with base compensation and performance bonus 401(k) with company match Paid vacation Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Why DeWys Metal Solutions At DeWys, our people are the foundation of our success.
