Job Description

Job Purpose Summary:
Produces assemblies by assembling parts, components and subassemblies together.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Support the setting up of workstations by gathering assembly instructions, parts, components, subassemblies and setup fixtures to complete daily tasks Assembles parts and subassemblies by using assembly fixtures or SPM's Assembles and fastens components, subassemblies together as per instructions and specifications Assembles parts and subassemblies in accordance with expected product rates per hour Verifies specifications by measuring completed assembly as per instructions Report assembly problems to supervisors for resolution Maintains and keeps equipment clean and operational Record and document daily production activities in
PLEX ERP
system Consistently demonstrates commitment and support for the AMT manufacturing goals and objectives Comply with the Company's 5S procedures by contributing to continuous improvement, productivity, quality, cost reduction, safety and housekeeping Responsibilities as outlined in Accurate's Quality Management System per SOP-400-03, Core Training Matrix (roles and responsibilities to satisfy
IATF 16949
) Assuming other responsibilities and tasks as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the
Company Expectations:
Ability to use hand tools and operate machines Good understanding of quality control principles and processes Intermediate understanding of English language (oral and written) Basic Computer skills Must be physically capable of performing work required with excellent hand-eye coordination Willingness to learn on the job, flexible with strong interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment both within a team or independently

Full time - permanent Working Conditions & Equipment used The employee is exposed to high noise levels from operating machines and on the plant floor. Potential hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, and skin exposure to cutting and drawing oils. The employee is required to stand, walk, pull and bend to the floor and should have the ability to lift 30 pounds.
