Pay Rate:

Day Shift/Night Shift:

$17/hr Pay increase to $18-$19/hr after 90 days. Pay increase to $20-$22/hr upon ability to run multiple machines at once.

Day Shift:

6AM-6

PM Night Shift:

6PM-6AM 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next week - rotating 12 hour shifts. Responsibilities Operate production machinery Perform general maintenance of the machines Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal operation. Load raw materials and ensure proper machine feeding Perform routine inspections of parts to meet quality standards. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot minor machine issues Maintain accurate production records. Why Work for Us?
