Job Responsibilities:

Operating the K-Cup and Coffee machines to produce the products down the line. Guiding personnel assigned to line for setting up each production run.

Job Duties:

• Machine Operation
• Writing comprehension for filling out paperwork.
• General housekeeping
• Complies with General Safety Communication Program
• Performs any other duties/tasks that may be assigned

Skills and Requirements:

• 1 year of machine operator experience in a production setting
• Ability to lift 35-50 lbs comfortably
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• Ability to work in high heat environment
• Basic math skills, comfortable with a calculator
• Ability to read and use a ruler, both standard and metric
• Must be able to troubleshoot Benefits once hired in!

• Earn up to 40 hours of paid time off their first year.
• 40 hours of sick and 40 hours of vacation in their second year.
