Job Description

Operates various machinery which form and assemble parts to customer specifications. Working in cells where you would be crimping, end forming and asseblying for fluid systems. Part time openings paying $17.50 per hour long term no end date. Work Monday - Thursday only Full time openings paying $15.00 that are temp to hire.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates machinery in a safe and productive manner ensuring parts are built to the manufacturing plan. Reads and understands specifications and follows verbal and written instructions. Ensures housekeeping and health and safety standards are maintained. Adheres to all corporate and plant level rules and regulations. Supports an attitude of teamwork and contributes to continuous improvements. Understands the importance of quality and assists in the achievement and maintenance of

TS 16949

certification. Understands the importance of the environment and assists in the achievement and maintenance of

ISO 14001

certification. Supports the ICARE program

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to read and understand work instructions and machine operation instructions. Basic math skills to support SPC and data gathering techniques. Verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time on the manufacturing floor.
