Assembly Worker Otsego, MI Experience Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred. Forge Industrial Staffing in Alpine is currently seeking motivated Assembly Workers for multiple openings with a client company located in and around Otsego . The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements of Assembly Worker Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team player with good communication skills Benefits of Assembly Worker Competitive pay starting at $16/hour Health/Vision/Dental Insurance Available Paid Time Off Referral Bonuses Employee Appreciation Day Responsibilities of Assembly Worker Assemble products and components according to specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Operate basic manufacturing and assembly equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Multiple shifts available: 1st
