Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Load raw materials and unload finished products Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic machine issues Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40 lbs] Reliable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer Starting pay at $18/hour $1,500 sign-on bonus Opportunities for overtime Training and career advancement Competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, etc.) Supportive team environment
