Great opportunity in Rocklford MI We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals. This role involves operating automated production equipment, inspecting and assembling parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery. Inspect, trim, and assemble parts to quality specifications. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements. Meet production goals and efficiency standards. Use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Work in different production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent attendance and reliability are a must Must be willing and able to work 55-60 hours per week, including Saturdays and overtime as needed . Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly in some areas Comfortable performing repetitive work Basic math and measuring skills. Previous Quality Control experience Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
