Machine Operator/Production Associate Great opportunity in Northeast Grand Rapids, MI! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals. This role involves operating automated production equipment, inspecting and assembling parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery. Inspect, trim, and assemble parts to quality specifications. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements. Meet production goals and efficiency standards. Use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Work in different production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent attendance and reliability are required. Must be willing and able to work 55-60 hours per week, including Saturdays and overtime as needed . Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly. Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing environment. Basic math and measuring skills. Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
