Job Description
Perform basic assembly of parts and components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions to complete assembly tasks Operate hand tools, power tools, and simple machinery safely and efficiently Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles Meet daily production goals and adhere to established timelines Accurately document work completed, including quantities and quality checks Follow all company safety policies and procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic Stable Manufacturing work experience.
