Full-time Description:
Job Summary This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours of work are 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. with a 30-minute lunch break. Shifts may vary depending on business needs. Reports to Product Strategy Manager Essential Functions Monitor inventory levels of exhaust, diecast and bumper components to ensure inventory is accurate and work with purchasing to order items as needed and correct quantities are being ordered Lead others to ensure the quality and accuracy of items being produced Measuring, cutting and bending pipe Running the CNC tube bender to bend specific parts for pipes, mufflers, and exhaust components Setting up and adjusting equipment including exhaust benders, fixtures, forming machines, diecast machine, bumper fixtures. Troubleshoot issues with equipment and adjust or repair as required. Manufacturing of exhaust components including welding pipes, mufflers, and miscellaneous parts for the exhaust department Keeping manufacturing department clear of trash and recycling Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and following prescribed safety regulations. We focus on excellent customer service and we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers.

Computer Skills:
will train with our ERP (NAV) and Warehouse (Accellos) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills Basic knowledge of math. Use, carry, set up and climb ladders Operate Fork Lift truck and hand truck Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain grace under pressure and contribute to a positive work environment Seeing to read and review material for accuracy. Hearing and speaking to exchange information with co-workers Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to take instructions and complete given tasks Reliable and punctual Work Environment This job operates in a warehouse environment. This warehouse is climate controlled. Physical Demands The individual will be lifting up to 75 pounds consistently, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, placing materials, as well as physical bending, twisting, kneeling etc. in a safe and efficient manner. He/she must have dexterity of hands to operate various manufacturing equipment. He/she may spend time using computers, so must have dexterity of hands to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment. Schedule and Availability This is a full-time non-exempt position. Hours of work are 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. with a 30-minute lunch break. Shifts may vary depending on business needs. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Qualifications, Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Welding certificate required Previous manufacturing or die-cast experience preferred Forklift certification preferred Basic manufacturing and machining processes Basic assembly of components Hand tools and usage Operating and reading basic Measuring tools, Calipers Manufacturing and welding related safety practices Equipment maintenance and lube schedules
