Machine Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, precision measurement, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining operational excellence, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic factory environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor various manufacturing machines including custom built packaging machinery for various industries Set up machinery and perform changeovers using blueprints to adjust machine parameters for customer orders. Perform routine inspections on finished products prior to shipping Read and interpret work orders/blueprints to understand job assignments Inspect and package finished materials to prep for shipping Maintain detailed records of production activities. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel. Qualifications Will accept entry-level or skilled machine operators Ability to work productively in a high paced manufacturing position Familiarity with reading work orders/blueprints Proficiency in performing visual and dimensional quality checks on finished goods Ability to use hand/power tools to complete repairs and adjustments on machinery Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly or minor repairs. Basic shop math skills Prior warehouse or factory experience emphasizing safety standards and quality control procedures. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
