Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will assist with various physical tasks within our factory environment, supporting production processes and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills and gain valuable experience in manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently Use forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse or manufacturing floor (training provided) Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanup of work areas to uphold safety standards Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, stacking, and organizing materials or products Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly Assist with inventory management and proper storage of supplies and finished goods Skills Prior experience with factory or warehouse environments is preferred Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is a plus Experience working on assembly lines or with assembly tasks is advantageous Forklift experience a plus Strong physical stamina for some lifting, standing, and moving while standblasting Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with being supervised the entire shift, This position is essential for supporting our production operations and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
