6:00 PM•2:30 AM Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Assembly Associates to join our automotive production team. This position involves assembling automotive bumpers by installing bolts, clips, screws, and wiring components while ensuring quality and production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive bumper components according to production specifications Install bolts, clips, screws, and wiring onto bumpers Use hand tools and drills to complete assembly tasks Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain assembly standards and production efficiency Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements Job Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8+ hours during the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Comfortable performing repetitive assembly work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Dependable with a strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and follow work instructions
