Direct hire Diversified Search Partners is recruiting a Setup Technician for a manufacturing facility in Sterling Heights. We're looking for someone with equipment setup experience, mechanical aptitude, and basic maintenance knowledge. Extensive maintenance experience is not required. This is not an injection-molding setup position. Responsibilities Set up production equipment according to job requirements. Make equipment adjustments to support consistent operation and product quality. Assist with changeovers and basic troubleshooting. Identify equipment problems and communicate maintenance needs. Perform basic maintenance tasks within your training and responsibilities. Follow established safety and quality procedures. Work with production and maintenance teams to keep operations moving. What we're looking for Manufacturing equipment setup experience. Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools. Basic maintenance or troubleshooting knowledge. Attention to detail and the ability to follow setup instructions. A dependable, safety-focused approach to work. Ability to work on-site in Sterling Heights.
