Full Job Description Description:
Machine Builder Leader Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Machining Builder Supervisor the Machine Builder Leader is responsible for timely and quality completion of assigned machine building jobs. Lead and delegate work to up to 10 employees in the mechanical assembly of machinery to blueprints. Maintain the machine build assembly dates and quality of build. Verify conformance of parts to bills of materials and prints. Liaison with engineering and project management departments as needed to successfully complete jobs in a timely manner. Travel to customer sites when needed to assist with machine installation. Any other duties assigned as needed.
Work Hours:
6:00am
  • 2:30pm (or 4:30pm when needed), Monday
  • Friday, with occasional Saturday's. 50
  • 56 hours per week on average.
Requirements:
Education/Skills Required:
8+ years of experience in machine building. 1 + year as Leader or Supervisor Proven ability to read prints Proven experience in managing a team. Proven ability to manage schedules and timelines.
