The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves packaging products, operating packaging equipment, inventory counting, quality control, and preparing shipments for distribution. Hours Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM 30-minute lunch break included Responsibilities Operate industrial packaging and sealing machinery (training provided) Package products into mylar bags, cartons, and shipping boxes Count and track inventory accurately Inspect products and packaging for quality control Repackage or repair damaged products and boxes when needed Sort and organize products for fulfillment and distribution Label, seal, and prepare shipments for delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse workstations Follow warehouse safety and sanitation procedures Assist with unloading, stocking, and organizing incoming inventory Monitor packaging supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Work efficiently to meet daily packaging and production goals Communicate equipment issues or inventory discrepancies to management Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic math and counting skills Ability to follow instructions and learn equipment quickly Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to work independently and with a team Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging experience is a plus but not required Preferred Traits Positive attitude and strong work ethic Fast learner with problem-solving skills Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks Strong time-management skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shifts Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and materials

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
