Job Description

Nesco Resource is sourcing for qualified candidates for Automotive Production for our long-time parts manufacturing client in Taylor, Michigan. Shift(s):2nd shift- 1 pm to 9 pm or 2 pm to 10 pm Monday Through Friday with possible mandatory OT on Saturdays •Shift times differ per department•
Pay:
16.50/hr, with an increase upon being hired!
Possible Openings/Roles Include:
Press Operator Assembly Paint Job Duties Include:
Operate press machine per specifications Load/Unload parts onto metal racks Set up work area with supplies needed including tags, boxes, stock carts, etc. Handle boxes of parts and individual parts for paint processing Remove parts from the molding machine Perform inspections on parts to ensure quality standards are met Contain and sort offline rejected parts Notify Quality Assurance of all quality concerns Operate hand tools to rework and assemble products Perform counts and arraign products per order specifications Monitor the machine to ensure proper operation and review for malfunctions Complete required documentation
Skills/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Prior Manufacturing Experience, preferred Basic math skills, required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift between 25 lbs. to 40 lbs. Ability to read and interpret detailed work instructions, verbally and written Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Must be familiar with various hand and power tools.
