Job Description

Manpower is hiring Machine Operators / Manufacturing Operators in Tecumseh for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay, shift premiums, and overtime available. Starting pay begins at $19.50/hr with additional premiums depending on shift and department. Shift Premiums Available 2nd

Shift:

+$1.00/hr 3rd

Shift:

+$0.50/hr

Melting Department:

+$1.50/hr

Sundays:

Double time pay Available Shifts 1st

Shift:

7:00am•3:30pm 2nd

Shift:

3:00pm•11:30pm 3rd

Shift:

11:00pm•7:30am Multiple shift options available. What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment to produce metal components Monitor product quality using measuring tools Assist with troubleshooting equipment concerns Complete production reports Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided) What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Basic math skills Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand throughout shift Apply today to get started with Manpower!
