Job Description
Overview We are looking for people to join our team in setting up and taking down various events like wedding, corporate parties, festivals, etc. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the setup and delivery teams at each project or job location. You will be the face of the organization as you go on-site to set up all types of events (weddings, parties, festivals, etc.) We are seeking someone who is a great leader and has the ability to keep a team of 3 or 4 people on task. Duties
- Loading & Unloading Trailers
- Repair & Touch Up Rentals
- Clean Rentals (tents, tables, chairs, grills, etc.)
- Warehouse work (organization, inventory assessment)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Manage inventory of event setup materials and supplies Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
- Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
- Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with clients on-site
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions from a team lead
- Always arrives on time for shift checking in and out
