Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a Machine Operator to work first shift - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Monday through Friday. Machine Operators at Flexco can expect a starting hourly compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00, or more, depending on skills, education and experience. Pin Purpose:

Operating all machines and functions within the Pin Department What you will need: High School Degree or equivalent Multitasking skills Experience using hand and small power tools 0-2 years of experience in machine shop or assembly The ability to: Lift 45 lbs. floor to waist occasionally Stand all day. Reach less than 18 inches from midline both directions Technical Assistance is readily available for assigned work What you will be doing: Operating and maintaining all machines and equipment in the pin department Processing all incoming pin orders accurately and on a timely basis May require operation of multiple machines at the same time Inspecting parts and maintain quality control standards. Writing out tags for all orders. Planning and execute small projects Ensuring accuracy and schedule of independent work Participating in Continuous Improvement and Suggestion System as required.
