Full Job Description Shifts Available:
2 shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6amJob Summary:
As an Assembly Operator, you will play a critical role in the production process by assembling components and subassemblies according to specifications and quality standards. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that our products are manufactured efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working order. Conduct quality checks on finished products, identifying any defects and reporting them to supervisors. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to optimize the assembly process and improve production efficiency. Document production data and maintain accurate records of assembly tasks performed. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or assembly is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and blueprints accurately. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to use handheld tools and equipment safely. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.What We Offer:
