Machine Operator:

Responsible for operating CNC lathes, mills, and 2nd operation manual lathes to create parts according to AS9100 quality processes. executing a wide array of The primary objective is to ensure the accurate production of machined components while adhering to stringent quality standards and operational protocols.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency in machining principles and techniques. Perform designated operations as per drawing/ work order requirements. Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment according to safety guidelines and operational requirements. Maintain accurate records of machining activities, including part numbers, quantities, methods used, and any issues encountered. Communicate with supervisor, quality control personnel, and other team members to address workflow issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
