Job Description

1st Shift Job Responsibilities Use hard gages and calipers to confirm part quality Utilize forklift and crane to load material into machine Operate and troubleshoot machine parameters to ensure premium part quality Perform daily preventative maintenance and typically set up multiple jobs per day Utilize prints and work instructions to determine cutting specifications Qualifications Ability to understand work orders and follow instructions Work with little direction (other than standard procedures) Having laser experience is preferred, especially Tube Laser Ability to understand and follow at MEC safety policies and procedures Demonstrate a dedication to achieving results and be able to sustain high drive and energy Knowledge of tubular steel manufacturing and fabrication processes is a PLUS!
