Job Description
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (usually 4pm), no weekends. Flexible Scheduling. Frequent bonus and raise opportunities. With each new title comes a raise and sometimes raises occur in-between phases (Trainee, Assistant, Technician, Lead/Trainer). Job Summary Meyer Maids is looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team as Trainees to become Cleaning Technicians, meaning working on your own. This is active, hands-on work in clients' homes with clear standards, supportive training, and room to grow. We're looking for people who work hard, communicate well, and take pride in doing a good job. Responsibilities Clean homes to Meyer Maids standards Complete assigned tasks with attention to detail and consistency Work well with your team and communicate professionally Use cleaning products and tools safely and responsibly Help create a positive, reliable experience for each client Show up on time and ready to work Qualifications After training, be ready to become a Team Leader or Solo Cleaner Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Dependable and willing to learn Strong attention to detail Comfortable with physical work throughout the day Positive attitude and solid work ethic Reliable transportation My form of communication will be Indeed Messages.
