Job Description
Are you the person everyone calls when the process isn't quite right? Our Process Technician plays a critical role in bringing blow molding equipment to life — from start-up and commissioning to troubleshooting and performance optimization. This is a high-impact position where technical expertise meets real-world results for both our customers and our team. The Process Technician is responsible for the technical setup, start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization, and customer support of blow molding equipment. This role combines advanced processing expertise with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills to ensure machines operate safely, efficiently, and within manufacturer specifications. The Process Technician supports customers and internal teams while driving performance improvements through a data-driven, project-oriented approach.
