Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Assembly Associate for a temporary opportunity in Wyandotte, MI. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing, production, assembly, inspection, or quality control experience who enjoys detailed hands-on work in a structured production environment. The Assembly Associate will inspect finished products, complete basic assembly and finishing tasks, record production data, and use measuring tools to confirm products meet required specifications. This position offers steady overnight hours, a safety-focused work environment, and the opportunity to contribute to an organized production team that values accuracy, reliability, teamwork, and consistent performance. Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect finished products for defects and complete minor assembly or finishing work as needed.
  • Record inspection results and production data accurately in electronic systems.
  • Use rulers, gauges, small hand tools, and measuring tools to verify product quality.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and required PPE protocols.
  • Perform routine equipment safety and quality checks and assist with equipment changeovers.
  • Move inspected materials to designated staging areas and maintain a clean, organized work area. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $17.50 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
