This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing techniques and machining. You will play a vital part in maintaining high-quality standards through precise inspection and measurement, ensuring our products meet rigorous specifications. Responsibilities Operate and maintain machinery such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC machines, and plastics extrusion equipment to produce high-quality components. Conduct quality inspections. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling tools to move raw materials and finished products efficiently. Assist in fabrication and assembly tasks utilizing hand tools and fabrication equipment to meet production schedules. Support the extrusion processes by setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment as needed. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency within the warehouse environment. Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting with a focus on CNC processing or machining preferred. Hands-on experience operating forklifts safely and certification is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge related to CNC machining centers and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Prior experience with lean manufacturing practices that emphasize efficiency and waste reduction is a plus.
