Essential Functions:

• Accurately select the right material/tools/press settings for each job Understand the production process (know measurements for weighing material) Perform quality inspection of parts/product per directions Trim product parts Accurately count product

Competency Requirements:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required Manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (Safety glasses, close-toed shoes (steel toe), gloves, arm guards) Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach above shoulders, and lift at least 50 lbs To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Compensation:

• Pay $16.
